Overview Application The Opportunity DDN is seeking a Senior Manager of Real Estate & Workplace Services (Americas) to support the delivery of workplace, facilities, and real estate initiatives across the Americas region during a period of rapid growth and transformation. Reporting to the Global Real Estate & Workplace leadership team, this role will help ensure DDN's offices operate efficiently, provide an exceptional employee experience, and support the company's evolving business needs. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders including People, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and external partners to support office operations, workplace programs, real estate transactions, capital projects, and vendor management. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on workplace professional who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution in a fast-paced, global technology environment. Key Responsibilities Real Estate & Portfolio Support Support the management of DDN's Americas real estate portfolio, including lease renewals, office expansions, consolidations, and site evaluations. Assist with portfolio reporting, occupancy planning, and workplace data analysis. Coordinate with Finance, Legal, brokers, landlords, and external partners on lease administration and transaction activities. Maintain accurate portfolio records and documentation. Workplace Experience & Operations Support the delivery of workplace experience programs that foster collaboration, engagement, and employee wellbeing. Assist in the implementation of workplace policies, standards, and hybrid working initiatives. Help ensure a consistent and high-quality employee and visitor experience across all locations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address workplace needs and continuously improve services. Facilities Management Support day-to-day facilities operations across multiple office locations. Manage facility vendors and service providers, ensuring service levels and operational standards are achieved. Assist with health and safety compliance, preventative maintenance programs, and workplace risk management. Partner with Security and IT teams to support safe, secure, and effective workplace environments. Projects & Workplace Development Support office build-outs, renovations, relocations, and workplace improvement projects. Coordinate project activities with contractors, architects, furniture vendors, and landlords. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Assist with workplace planning initiatives that improve space utilization and employee experience. Financial & Sustainability Support Assist with annual operating and capital budget planning and tracking. Support vendor contract management and cost optimization initiatives. Contribute to workplace sustainability and energy-efficiency programs across the portfolio. Qualifications Experience 8+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, Facilities Management, or a related field. Experience supporting multi-site office environments in a fast-paced, growing organization. Exposure to lease administration, workplace operations, facilities management, or capital projects. Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors. Technology, AI, infrastructure, or high-growth company experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Industry certifications are advantageous.
Compensation Range:
