Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems within our manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams to perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing systems, and high/low voltage equipment. Develop and manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to ensure timely completion of work orders. Troubleshoot engineering issues by interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals; utilize tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment for accurate troubleshooting. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations including OSHA standards; conduct safety audits and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs by coordinating resources, scheduling tasks, and tracking progress to meet operational deadlines. Oversee the management of facilities maintenance procedures in accordance with industry best practices; review work quality and provide training on maintenance repair procedures. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance using CMMS software; generate reports for management review. Supervise the procurement of parts and supplies necessary for ongoing maintenance tasks while controlling costs and inventory levels. Foster a team-oriented environment by providing leadership, coaching, and supervising team members to ensure high performance standards. Experience Proven supervisory experience managing facilities or industrial maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial settings. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing mechanical systems such as HVAC units, plumbing systems, electrical systems (including high voltage), and industrial machinery. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical troubleshooting techniques, and engineering troubleshooting methods. Experience working with CMMS platforms for work order management and record keeping. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to industrial maintenance; ability to implement safety protocols effectively. Demonstrated project management skills including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking project milestones. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing, documentation, and communication purposes. Ability to read technical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately; experience using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters is essential. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
