is hiring a Production & Maintenance Manager to lead daily plant operations in Andrews, SC. This role oversees maintenance (Lead Mechanic, 2 Mechanics, Maintenance Associate) and production teams (Supervisor + 8 Operators), ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing performance. "Production Scheduling and Planning." "Oversee performance of all Work Orders and PM's."

Responsibilities:

Lead production & maintenance teams Manage scheduling, work orders, and preventive maintenance Serve as Project Engineer for capital/maintenance projects Oversee contractors and plant construction Drive process improvements and maintain equipment records

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or proven skill set) 3-5+ years manufacturing experience ERP software experience
