Your Key Responsibilities Lead and develop maintenance staff, and ensure proper execution of maintenance and repair of production machines in a segment or facility equipment for plant buildings as assigned. Monitor effectiveness of maintenance and repair activities, coordinate respective resources and processes. Support Maintenance Technicians, and ensure achievement of agreed performance standards. Manage service provider and continuously check for achievements of service level agreed, if required. Guiding technicians who are performing mechanicl achine repairs and mechanical tasks Owning the process of escalating a situation that a technician out of the team can't solve Identifying repeat failures and work with the maintenance planning side to update preventive maintenance task list Support troubleshooting activities and recognize the moment when sombody more advanced needs to be added to a job Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities Troubleshoot mechanical failures and coordinate rapid repairs Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and compliance with standards Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts usage Enforce safety procedures and safe work practices Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments Train, coach, and develop team members Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Inspect mechanical systems such as pumps, motors, compressors, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems Review maintenance schedules and prioritize urgent tasks Assign technicians based on skill and workload Verify quality of completed work and equipment performance Support root cause analysis for repeated failures Manage spare parts and maintenance tools Ensure compliance with lockout/tagout and other safety requirements
