Job Description

Heidelberg Materials seeks an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical reliability for manufacturing assets in our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. This on-site role supervises technicians, plans and executes preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshoots complex industrial electrical systems to maximize safety, reliability, and uptime. You will champion NFPA 70E and LOTO compliance, support capital and improvement projects, and use CMMS tools to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical maintenance technicians in a heavy manufacturing environment Plan, prioritize, and execute preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on plant equipment Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues on production and power distribution systems Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, lockout/tagout, and
NFPA 70 E
requirements Coordinate with Engineering and Operations on reliability, upgrades, and capital projects Maintain accurate documentation, drawings, and CMMS records for electrical assets Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance practices Train and develop team members' technical and safety competencies Required Skills Industrial electrical systems PLC programming and troubleshooting Motor controls and VFDs Preventive and predictive maintenance Electrical schematics and diagrams NFPA 70 E and electrical safety
