Job Description Responsibilities Oversees daily maintenance operations by completing and prioritizing work orders, managing emergency repairs, preparing vacant units, and performing preventative maintenance. Maintains property functionality through organized shop management, inventory control, amenity‑area upkeep, and routine inspections across life‑safety systems, pools, elevators, and lighting. Leads and supports maintenance staff by delegating service requests, evaluating technicians and groundskeepers, and assisting with property rehabilitation and QA inspections. Coordinates contractor work by selecting vendors, monitoring performance, and ensuring projects meet quality and budget expectations. Delivers strong resident service through professional communication, timely issue resolution, and support for community events and resident needs. Handles supplemental property tasks including light cleaning when needed, distributing resident communications, and maintaining clean, orderly amenity and common areas. #
