Maintenance & Reliability Site Leader Beautiful Coastal Location | Growing Global Chemical Company Join an expanding global chemical manufacturer as the Site Leader for Maintenance & Reliability, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance. This is a key technical leadership role driving maintenance strategy, asset integrity, and continuous improvement across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and enhance preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs Oversee day-to-day maintenance execution, reliability initiatives, and asset performance metrics Conduct root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective actions Partner with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS to maximize equipment uptime Manage CMMS performance, spare parts inventory, and maintenance planning/scheduling Support capital project development, design reviews, and new equipment installations Ensure compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, ISO, and other industry standards Mentor and guide multidisciplinary maintenance and reliability personnel Facilitate PHAs and ensure completion of recommended actions Drive sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization efforts

Qualifications:

BS in Mechanical Engineering with 8+ years of Maintenance & Reliability experience in chemical, pulp & paper, refinery, petrochem, or related PSM-regulated industries. Demonstrated success with reliability systems, maintenance management, and asset lifecycle optimization Proficiency with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning processes Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems Experienced team leadership/ management of predictive and preventive programs, RCA, OSHA/ PSM/ Mechanical Integrity standards
