Skill set should include general knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis as scheduled Requirements Must have knowledge in the following areas: HVAC Basic construction Plumbing Carpentry Tile and flooring Electric Painting Experience in the apartment industry helpful, but not required. Benefits Base pay plus 20% yearly bonus potential.
