3005099387-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Heidelberg Materials seeks an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical reliability for manufacturing assets in our Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. This on-site role supervises technicians, plans and executes preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshoots complex industrial electrical systems to maximize safety, reliability, and uptime. You will champion NFPA 70E and LOTO compliance, support capital and improvement projects, and use CMMS tools to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical maintenance technicians in a heavy manufacturing environment Plan, prioritize, and execute preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on plant equipment Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues on production and power distribution systems Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, lockout/tagout, and
