Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive pay Excellent benefits package Supportive, team-focused work environment A hands-on role where your work directly enhances resident comfort and community appeal Opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding organization Primary Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Facility Maintenance Support the Director of Facility Management by following the preventative maintenance program Complete routine maintenance tasks, including paint touchups, grounds readiness, building walkthroughs, lighting checks, gutter clearing, pathway safety assessments, and removal of trash and debris Manage time effectively and complete assignments within established company time frames Help ensure buildings and grounds are clean, attractive, and well-maintained for residents, families, visitors, and prospects Maintain accurate documentation for all systems and equipment, including: Fire sprinkler system Fire extinguishers Fire monitoring system Kitchen hood cleaning Elevator inspections Boiler permits Nurse call system Emergency backup generator Company vehicles HVAC and PTAC units Assist new residents and their families with move-in and discharge support Promote a safe, orderly environment that aligns with QSL Management standards Requirements Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards Construction or building repair experience preferred Valid driver's license and safe driving record A caring heart and willingness to serve seniors Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills QSL Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities.
