We are seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility operations and maintenance while supporting office expansion projects in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong electrical, mechanical, and facility maintenance experience who enjoys solving problems and leading by example. The Facility Maintenance Supervisor position includes coordinating shipments, supporting contractors, and maintaining the overall functionality of the facility. Key Responsibilities Coordinate incoming shipments and deliveries while maintaining accurate tracking records. Assist with facility improvement projects, including working with on-site contractors and office build-outs. Perform hands-on facility maintenance, including moving equipment, assembling furniture, and supporting electrical and mechanical repairs. Ensure the facility remains safe, organized, and operational. Qualifications Previous facility maintenance or maintenance supervisory experience required . Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge . Forklift Certification preferred. Ability to assemble furniture, use hand tools, and perform physical work.
