Supervise and assign daily work for maintenance technicians. Prioritize emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and production support. Troubleshoot and assist with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, refrigeration, and production equipment issues. Coordinate maintenance activities with Production, Quality, Safety, and outside contractors. Ensure maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance are completed accurately. Train, coach, and support maintenance team members while promoting safety and accountability. Maintain maintenance records, equipment documentation, and parts inventory. Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Food manufacturing experience is a plus. Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills. #LP
