Maintenance Supervisor Brownsville, TN An established apartment management company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multisite multifamily community in Brownsville, TN. This is an opportunity for a proven maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their community, prioritizes resident satisfaction, and leads by example. What You'll Do Lead all daily maintenance operations Coordinate apartment turns to support occupancy goals Prioritize and oversee resident service requests while maintaining high customer service standards Implement preventative maintenance programs and conduct routine property inspections Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general building systems Manage maintenance inventory, vendor relationships, and contractor performance Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and local regulations Participate in the property's emergency on-call rotation Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience EPA Certification required High School Diploma or GED Strong HVAC diagnostic and repair experience Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Performance bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Stable organization with long-term growth potential If you're an experienced Maintenance Supervisor ready to lead and build a strong team, we'd like to hear from you.
