Use a CMMS, such as Limble, to manage and track maintenance work. Prepare and submit CAPEX requests. Maintains staff by training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Perform Annual Reviews for all direct reports. Ensure proper operation of equipment by issuing and completing work orders. Interacts with other managers, supervisors, and production workers on maintenance issues. Ensure a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing team members on the proper use of equipment and resources; maintaining compliance with established environmental and safety policies and procedures. Work Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required. Associates/Technical degree or equivalent experience required. At least 5 years of related maintenance experience. At least 1-3 years in a maintenance leadership role preferred. Experience with maintenance systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. People-centric approach to daily business tasks and interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, and knowledge in or ability to quickly learn other computer applications. Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail. Ability to compile, analyze and interpret data. Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies; certification preferred
