At LG, we strive to make Life Good for Everyone. $67,000 Annually Responsibilitie s Inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure compliance with safety and accessibility codes Identifying maintenance and repair needs across the property Scheduling repair projects, cleaning routines and capital improvements Supervising maintenance staff and delegating repair, cleaning and facilities tasks Managing service contracts with external vendors Creating and monitoring facilities budgets for maintenance, repairs and supplies Coordinating repairs Establishing and enforcing workplace safety, emergency protocols Qualifications Advanced mechanical skills Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, electrical, and other building systems Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks Excellent time management and multitasking skills Great leadership and problem-solving skills Knowledge of control room operations Basic electrical and controls for troubleshooting operations Electrical maintenance of switch gears, breakers, panels, motors, etc. Microsoft Suite experience (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) Requirements Experience with facility maintenance 5 plus years High school diploma or GED Previous leadership experience
