Position Summary Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of five maintenance technicians. This position ensures the general maintenance and repair of all equipment and systems within the distribution center. Responsibilities include supervising daily maintenance operations, performing equipment repairs, coordinating preventative maintenance, and ensuring workplace safety and efficiency. Regular and predictable attendance, along with availability for overtime, is required. Essential Job Responsibilities Responsibility % of Time Supervise, train, motivate, and organize a team of five maintenance technicians. 15% Troubleshoot and repair equipment used for packaging and transporting materials. 15% Plan and execute preventative maintenance for all equipment, including automation systems. 20% Oversee repairs and upkeep of the physical structure of the distribution center. 20% Design and fabricate tools or devices to improve safety and operational efficiency. 10% Ensure maintenance staff has access to adequate tools and supplies. 15% Complete preventative maintenance checklists and facility audits. 5% Education & Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical repair (distribution or manufacturing environment preferred)
• Knowledge in specialty areas such as electrical, electronics, HVAC, welding, and plumbing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
