Taldeco is searching for an Industrial Maintenance Manager to join our team in Fayetteville, TN! Full-Time. On-Site. 1st Shift. (Separate Supervisor Role= 1st or 3rd shift) .

Salary dependent upon experience:

$90k-$105k

JOB REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of Industrial Maintenance and Manufacturing Experience required. Prior managerial or leadership experience. Must have experience reading blueprints, troubleshooting PLCs, and performing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs. Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates with experience in metal stamping or automotive industries are highly encouraged to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the overall plant maintenance including machine repairs, facilities, and preventative maintenance schedules. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications and utilize measurement tools. Approve expenses, manages budget, and follows up on various costs related to the department and operations. Responsible for leading, training, mentoring, and evaluating performance of individuals in the maintenance department. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, or other related software systems.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
