Maintenance Manager

Job Title:

Maintenance Manager Job Description As the Maintenance Manager, you will direct all activities to ensure the operational efficiency and safety of the company's machinery, tools, dies/molds, facilities, and grounds. You will oversee a diverse team of 27 individuals, including maintenance personnel, electricians, and tool and die specialists. This role requires flexibility to work both in the office and on the floor. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, electricians, and tool and die specialists. Ensure the operational efficiency and safety of machinery, tools, and facilities. Perform maintenance management and supervision tasks. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Implement preventive maintenance strategies. Conduct PLC troubleshooting and manage MRP systems. Essential Skills 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management. Experience in maintenance and production equipment, facilities, and tool and die. Supervisory experience. Proficiency in MRP, Microsoft Office, and CAD/SolidWorks. Robotics experience and PLC programming/troubleshooting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in continuous improvement and MRO. Experience in vendor, contract, and budget management. Knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance repair, and welding. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work is primarily during the 1st shift from 8am-5pm. The maintenance team operates in a 24/7 setting with three shifts and a 12-hour weekend shift for additional support. Each shift is led by a team lead. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $112000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
