PMR Companies, a premier Multi -Family Property Management Company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Strawberry Meadows Apartments in Knoxville, TN. Maintenance Supervisor - Job Description Position is responsible for supervising all on-site maintenance operations and achieving property maintenance / physical plant objectives. Position is primarily responsible for ensuring that the apartment units, common areas and grounds are properly maintained, managing turnkey operation, supervising Maintenance Staff and scheduling / overseeing repair and renovation work of outside contractors. This is a one-person maintenance operation, so the Maintenance Supervisor must be comfortable working independently and handling all day-to-day maintenance needs of the property. Maintenance Supervisor - Job Requirements 2-3 years of experience in Property Maintenance. Position is required to serve on-call (using pager / on-call cell phone) and candidate must be able to provide own tools. Chosen candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, background check and drug screen. Regular attendance is an essential function of this position. High School Diploma (or equivalent) and Valid Driver's License is required. Excellent Benefits Package offered.
