Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance functions throughout the facility. The supervisor will oversee a team of maintenance technicians (typically 8 to 10). This position reports directly to the Maintenance Superintendent.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Downtime tracking and analysis. Preventative maintenance tracking and analysis. Education tracking and scheduling for Maintenance Technicians Perform audits (e.g. housekeeping, safety, lockout/tagout) Continuous Improvement Time and attendance tracking for direct reports
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Technical degree(s) or vocational certification(s) (Industrial Maintenance or relevant field of study) Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance 2-5 years of management experience Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures to include but not limited to: Mechanical Maintenance Bearings, gearboxes, pumps, compressors Power transmission systems Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Conveyor systems Welding and fabrication knowledge Precision alignment and balancing Bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and compressors Pneumatic systems and controls Industrial presses
Electrical & Controls:
Industrial electrical systems (480V/3-phase) Motor controls and VFDs PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) HMI systems (Allen-Bradley, C-More) Instrumentation and sensors (digital, analog)
Workplace Safety:
OSHA compliance Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Arc flash awareness Confined Space Permits Hot Work Permits Safety investigations

$72,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
