Nashville, TN Seasonal, full-time | $20-$25/hr + time and a half after 40 hours Who We Are For 6 years, Nash Christmas Light Installers has helped Nashville homes and businesses shine during the holidays. Last season we installed lights for 180 clients, including homes across Middle Tennessee and commercial properties such as restaurants, hotels, and country clubs. We are growing fast, and we need leaders who want to grow with us. The Role As a Holiday Lighting Crew Lead, you'll run a 2-3 person install crew and be the person in charge on every job site. You'll lead the day, keep the crew moving, make every install look sharp, and make sure every customer is glad they chose us. This role is for people who like to work, like to lead, and want to see what they built light up at the end of the day. What You'll Do Lead your crew through about 3 installs per day, from roofline lighting to trees, bushes, wreaths, and large commercial Christmas trees Meet customers on site, walk the plan, and make sure the finished job exceeds expectations Train and coach newer technicians on safe ladder work, clean installs, and our quality standards Keep your truck, equipment, and inventory organized and ready every morning Handle service calls and lead takedowns after the season Set the tone for your crew with a great attitude, even in the cold

Hours & Pay:

We Work Hard, and We Pay for It Our busy season is intense, and we're upfront about it. Expect 45-60 hours a week. Every hour past 40 is paid at time and a half , so the overtime adds up quickly. Who We're Looking For A hard worker who enjoys being around other hard workers Someone who takes ownership and can lead a small crew Outdoor work experience is a big plus (roofing, landscaping, construction, pressure washing, lawn care, or similar). It isn't required. If you have the right attitude, we'll train you.
