Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations across our facilities. In this vital role, you will lead maintenance teams, ensure the optimal functioning of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, and uphold safety standards. Your leadership will drive efficient facilities management and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Duties Supervise and manage facilities maintenance teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely Oversee the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and low voltage systems Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule work orders, track assets, and maintain accurate records Troubleshoot engineering issues using schematics, electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters, and HVAC diagnostic equipment Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations through regular inspections and safety training sessions Manage facilities maintenance projects from planning through completion while coordinating with vendors and contractors Requirements Proven management experience supervising facilities or maintenance repair teams in an industrial or commercial setting Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in mechanical systems repair and troubleshooting Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, low voltage wiring, schematics, and electrical troubleshooting tools like ohmmeters Knowledge of HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance procedures Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes Understanding of safety regulations including OSHA standards related to facilities maintenance Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage multiple projects effectively Prior experience managing facilities maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination Join us to lead our maintenance efforts with energy, expertise, and a commitment to safety!
