The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure all building systems operate efficiently, maintain facility safety and aesthetic standards, perform hands-on maintenance and repairs, and coordinate work with external vendors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities Building Systems Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Make-Ready & Remodel Work:

Execute make-ready tasks for vacant office suites, minor construction/remodeling work, painting, drywall repair, and suite preparation for incoming tenants.

Grounds & Landscaping Care:

Maintain exterior grounds, perform landscaping, pressure washing, trash pickup, and maintain property curb appeal.

Contractor & Vendor Coordination:

Coordinate, schedule, and oversee outside contractors, specialized technicians, and vendors for major repairs, upgrades, or specialized service work.

Preventive Maintenance:

Establish and follow preventive maintenance schedules to minimize system downtime and extend facility equipment lifespan.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain a safe working environment, adhere to safety standards, and ensure facility compliance with local building codes and regulations. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in commercial or residential facility maintenance, property maintenance, or a related skilled trade. Working knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Proficiency in basic carpentry, drywall, painting, and make-ready suite preparation. Ability to manage vendor and contractor relationships effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently or direct maintenance staff. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed. Physical Demands & Working Conditions Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions. Comfort working with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
