LEAD

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to join an apartment community. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can keep the property running smoothly while supporting and guiding the maintenance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities Perform preventive and routine maintenance throughout the property Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Complete apartment turns and make-ready work Respond to resident maintenance requests and work orders Inspect vacant units and ensure they are ready for new residents Diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when needed Maintain inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment Assist with training and directing maintenance team members Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained property Follow all safety procedures and company policies

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous Lead Maintenance, Maintenance Supervisor, or Senior Maintenance Technician experience preferred Apartment/multifamily maintenance experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance HVAC certification preferred EPA certification is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lead a team and work independently Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation Must have a professional attitude and dependable work history
