Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities across our facilities. This role is vital in ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, while maintaining a safe and efficient environment. As a leader in facilities maintenance management, you will supervise teams, manage maintenance repair procedures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly, supporting our commitment to excellence and safety.

Responsibilities:

Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs. Strong in HVAC, electrical and Appliance Repair. Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests Prepare apartment homes for new move-ins Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections Help maintain common areas and overall property appearance Participate in the rotational on-call schedule for maintenance emergencies Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained community Monitor, schedule, and inspect work being performed by the maintenance staff Maintain a clean organized shop and maintain inventory Obtain bids on special projects Work with the property manager to maintain the supply budget. Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) Able to troubleshoot and repair appliances. Conduct general upkeep procedures Knowledge of Pool management and Pool certification is desired. On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager Reliable transportation to commute to different properties Skills Must have 2-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician Strong leadership skills Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength HVAC Certification Why US?

$25.81 - $31.08 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
