LEAD

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join a growing property management team. ️ Position Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues Complete apartment/unit turns and make-ready work Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies Inspect work to ensure quality and safety standards are met Coordinate with vendors and contractors when needed Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders Assist with training and supervising maintenance team members Ensure the property is maintained in a clean, safe, and operational condition ✅ Qualifications Previous Lead Maintenance or Maintenance Supervisor experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance HVAC certification preferred/required Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred EPA certification is a plus Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For We're looking for a dependable maintenance professional who can lead a team, solve problems, and keep the property running smoothly.
