Fusion People are looking to recruit a Service Manager to work with a highly regarded Construction Machinery dealership. You will be the go-to technical expert for our engineers and customers, ensuring our heavy plant and recycling equipment stays up and running safely.

In this position you will:

Manage and coach your field service engineers and service administrators. Be the

Expert:

Act as the main technical point of contact for clients, engineers, and OEMs to solve complex machinery issues.

Keep It Safe & High Quality:

Drive a safety-first culture and run regular quality checks and audits on field repairs. Manage the

Business:

Oversee daily invoicing, manage work-in-progress (WIP), and maximize warranty and customer cost recovery.

Collaborate:

Partner with sales for equipment upgrades and work closely with OEMs on product improvements. To be considered you will need to demonstrate:

Leadership Experience:

5+ years in a technical management or supervisory role.

On-the-Tools Expertise:

5+ years of hands-on experience with heavy plant machinery (specifically material movers and excavators).

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to diagnose and categorize technical mechanical issues over the phone.

Adaptability:

Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
