We are a group of companies specialized in automobiles, powersports products that includes motorcycles, ATV, side by side vehicles, and e-motos. //www.swmbinsen.com We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Manager to lead our powersports service department. Requirements and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the powersports industry. Experience with motorcycles, ATV, UTV, ORV, or electric powersports products is strongly preferred. Experience working for a powersports OEM, importer, distributor, or established dealer organization is preferred. Strong hands-on experience in aftersales service operations. Experience supporting a powersports dealer or service network. Strong knowledge of warranty administration and warranty claim procedures. Experience handling technical service cases and product troubleshooting. Ability to identify recurring product failures and communicate technical issues to engineering and manufacturing teams. Experience developing service procedures, technical bulletins, repair instructions, or dealer service materials. Experience with dealer technical training is preferred. Strong knowledge of powersports parts operations. Experience with spare parts planning, stocking, ordering, and inventory control. Ability to determine critical spare parts requirements for new product launches. Experience managing parts availability, fill rates, backorders, and slow-moving inventory. Experience coordinating parts supply with overseas factories or suppliers is preferred. Working knowledge of U.S. powersports regulatory compliance. Familiarity with
EPA,DOT / NHTSA/ CARB/CPSC
requirements for ATV and applicable products is strongly preferred. Experience supporting vehicle certification, compliance documentation, labeling, VIN information, or regulatory records is a plus. Ability to work with third-party testing labs, compliance consultants, and regulatory agencies when needed. Strong understanding of the relationship between product quality, warranty, parts, dealer support, and customer satisfaction. Experience building or improving an aftersales service system is strongly preferred. Experience managing service technicians, parts staff, or aftersales team members. Ability to establish service standards, procedures, and performance expectations. Ability to manage multiple service, parts, warranty, and compliance projects at the same time. Comfortable working in a growing U.S. powersports organization. Comfortable working directly with overseas manufacturing and engineering teams. Able to communicate technical problems clearly with both U.S. dealers and overseas factories. Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard service, warranty, and inventory systems. Willing to travel within the U.S. for dealer support, technical training, and industry events. Occasional international travel may be required. Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate has worked inside a powersports OEM, importer, or distributor and understands how an importer supports its dealer network after the product enters the U.S. market. The candidate should be able to build systems, not just operate an existing service department. We are looking for someone who can manage four core areas: Product compliance Aftersales service and warranty Spare parts operations Aftersales team management Experience supporting new powersports product launches in the U.S. market is highly desirable. Experience working with an overseas manufacturer is also highly desirable.

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
