Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure timely completion of work orders, maintain property systems, and support a safe, clean, and well-maintained community. The role requires strong hands-on maintenance skills, with HVAC experience and the ability to lead and coordinate maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities Lead daily maintenance activities and coordinate work assignments. Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general building systems. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to resident work orders promptly. Support apartment turns, make-ready work, inspections, and property upkeep. Monitor maintenance supplies, equipment, and inventory. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed. Ensure maintenance work complies with safety standards and property requirements. Identify and report property, safety, and equipment issues to management. Maintain accurate work-order and maintenance records. Support and train maintenance team members while ensuring quality and timely completion of work. Provide professional and courteous service to residents and team members. Required Qualifications 3+ years of multifamily or apartment maintenance experience preferred. HVAC certification required/preferred. EPA certification required/preferred. Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance. Previous maintenance lead or supervisory experience preferred. Experience with preventive maintenance, work orders, and apartment turns. Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
