Monday- Friday 8-5 Position Summary ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Lead Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise maintenance staff and vendors. Diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Manage service requests and apartment turns. Perform preventive maintenance. Maintain inventory and supplies. Coordinate emergency repairs. Train maintenance team members. Inspect property for safety concerns. Oversee contractors. Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance. Qualifications Relevant apartment industry experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license where applicable. EPA Certification and HVAC experience. Your own tools are required. Preferred Qualifications Apartment industry experience strongly preferred.
