Maintenance Lead Farmers Branch, TX 1st Shift | 4:30 AM Start $38.00 - $42.00 per hour (DOE) Food Manufacturing Fluent Spanish Required We're recruiting for a hands-on Maintenance Lead to join an established food manufacturer in Farmers Branch, TX. This role will take ownership of day-to-day maintenance across a busy production facility, troubleshooting equipment, improving preventative maintenance and minimizing production downtime. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day maintenance activities across the facility Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical production equipment Respond to breakdowns and minimize production downtime Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules Maintain ovens, proofers, mixers, conveyors and packaging equipment Troubleshoot motors, bearings, gearboxes, chains and drive systems Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic equipment issues Perform industrial electrical troubleshooting Troubleshoot PLC and VFD-related equipment issues Work with Production to improve equipment reliability and uptime Identify recurring failures and implement corrective actions What We're Looking For Industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience Experience with motors, bearings, gearboxes and conveyors Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting experience Ability to independently diagnose production equipment failures Food, bakery or beverage manufacturing experience is strongly preferred PLC, VFD or 480V troubleshooting experience is advantageous Previous Maintenance Lead or senior-level technician experience is preferred Equipment 12 industrial ovens 2 proofers Tortilla and pizza production equipment 5 mixing stations 8 packaging machines Conveyor systems Schedule 1st Shift | Approximately 4:30 AM start Typically 10-12 hour days Five-day workweek Overtime available Occasional 6th day based on production requirements Apply Click Apply or contact: Sean Mooney 215-999-6430 sean.mooney@axionrecruitment.
