Manager, Semi Service Tesla - 3.3 Laredo, TX Job Details Full-time 12 hours ago Qualifications Team leadership Auto service management Driver's License Leading team collaboration initiatives Manufacturing Full Job Description What to Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and organized Manager to lead service activities in support of the Tesla Semi program. This role is responsible for ensuring the local teams efficiently support high volume Tesla Semi truck deliveries and operations. Innovation, collaboration, learning, and growth are core to the team's success. The ideal candidate will constantly identify opportunities to increase product value, make the business more efficient and enhance the customer experience for commercial fleets. What You'll Do Exceed commercial customer expectations, monitor service trends, and elevate the overall service experience for the industry Champion customer feedback and drive upstream for system improvement Mentor teams on technical development and career growth Partner with Engineering, help develop and improve diagnostic systems Communicates business priorities, ensures clear expectations, and takes ownership of site performance, setting and achieving targets while holding the team accountable Track and improve team KPIs Plan resource and scheduling requirements within market for 24/7 coverage Expand standard operating procedures for robust, scalable growth What You'll Bring Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate across all levels, inside and outside of the organization Proven experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer facing responsibilities Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all facets of the program to actively participate in the continuous design cycle Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry preferred Automotive experience is required Valid driver's license required with ability to obtain and maintain a CDL Must be available to travel to Tesla and customer locations up to 25%.
