This role is vital in ensuring that mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. As a Maintenance Lead, you will manage maintenance teams, implement repair procedures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices, fostering a safe and productive environment for all staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, troubleshoot engineering issues, and uphold high standards of facilities management. Responsibilities Supervise and manage facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices Oversee the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems including HVAC, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to plan maintenance activities and track work orders Conduct engineering troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to diagnose electrical issues effectively Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations through regular training sessions and safety audits Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets effectively Lead efforts in managing facilities maintenance management programs to optimize operational efficiency Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance documentation Requirements Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance teams Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage), plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in industrial automation systems Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safety regulations applicable to facilities management Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation purposes Experience with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and electrical wiring diagrams accurately Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively in fast-paced environments Excellent engineering troubleshooting skills using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics Knowledge of maintenance repair procedures for mechanical systems repair and facilities management best practices Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Fluency in English for clear communication across teams and documentation Join us as a Maintenance Lead to play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence!
