Maintenance Supervisor in McAllen, TX!

Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay:

$23.00 per hour

Maintenance Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily maintenance activities and support technician development. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (120V, 240V, 480V), motors, starters, relays, contactors, sensors, and controls. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on grinders, shredders, conveyors, and production equipment. Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Coordinate with production teams to prioritize repairs and reduce operational interruptions. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and OSHA regulations. Assist with installation, startup, and optimization of new equipment.

Maintenance Supervisor Job Qualifications:

3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial environments. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including motor repair and replacement. Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
