$17 per hour Relief Enterprise is seeking a dependable and motivated Crew Leader to support our janitorial services team in Bastrop County. This part-time evening position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, professional environments and enjoys leading a small team. The Crew Leader will manage a crew of two team members while performing janitorial services at two of our facilities: the WIC Program and Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) buildings in Bastrop County. Responsibilities include overseeing daily cleaning tasks, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading by example to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. We provide two weeks of paid training to ensure you feel confident and prepared in your role.
