Job Description Insight Global is looking for a VGT Lead sitting in Houston, Tx. The VGT Services Lead will oversee fleet maintenance operations, ensuring company vehicles and trucks are maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with operational standards. This role requires 10+ years of experience managing vehicle maintenance and repair shop operations, with a strong focus on fleet vehicles and heavy-duty trucks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical experience performing and overseeing activities such as oil changes, filter replacements, preventative maintenance, and general truck repairs. This individual will lead shop operations, prioritize workloads, and ensure equipment uptime to support field operations. Candidates may come from oil and gas, chemicals, manufacturing, or other industrial environments with significant fleet maintenance responsibilities. Success in this role requires a proactive leader who can troubleshoot issues, drive accountability, and maintain a high standard of service and reliability.
