Committed to understanding budget guidelines when purchasing supplies and scheduling vendor services using purchase order systems and proper bidding procedures under the supervision of the General Manager. A subject matter expert in all technical areas of property maintenance, providing mentorship and training to on-site service teams to develop their skills and abilities. Open-minded and flexible as the day-to-day tasks may change based on the community's needs.
