Job Description

Job Summary Prosper Ford is seeking an experienced Service Drive Manager to lead its service advisor team in Prosper, Texas. The successful candidate will ensure customers have a superior service experience, lead the advisor team to achieve high performance, and foster a positive work environment in the dealership. Compensation & Benefits The successful candidate will be eligible for a salaried and commissioned compensation plan of $10,000-$15,000 per month, paid semimonthly. Additional benefits may include future growth opportunities, dealership discounts, competitive health, and dental benefits. Responsibilities Build and lead a successful service advisor team by training and motivating the service advisors Call customers to discuss and sell declined work Resolve customer conflicts quickly, fully, and professionally Focus on key service department sales metrics such as chemical sales, hours pre repair order, ELR and others as needed to grow department operating profit Drive CSI scores and overall survey returns Enforce dealership safety and security protocols Requirements At least 2 years of experience in automotive service management

Track record of success in service advising prior to management position entry Ability to oversee several processes simultaneously Fluency in CDK is required.
