Golf Course Superintendent The Superintendent manages, supervises, and orchestrates the golf course maintenance department's day-to-day activities while maintaining quality standards, developing and retaining maintenance employees, and exceeding guest and member expectations. The position is responsible for accomplishing these objectives consistently while operating within the financial parameters of the property and company.
