Service Supervisor:

Must have 5 year multifamily/apartment maintenance experience. Some of your responsibilities would include the following: Service tickets-HVAC, plumbing, appliances and electrical work Complete makereadies Trash out apartments Install blinds, light fixtures, ceiling fans, doors Carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Tiling Maintain accurate records of service tickets Pools and Spa maintenance-CPO Certification required EPA Certification Removal of Trash and Litter and maintaining the Grounds Sweeping & pressure washing sidewalks and pathways Follow directions and work well with others Be available for a rotation/on call schedule as required Additional duties as assigned by community manager You should have high energy, enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service and have good communication skills. We require that you have your own reliable transportation.
