The Maintenance Manager manages and coordinates the maintenance processes and workforce to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation and to maximize production capacity. Reliability & Maintenance Strategy:

Develop, implement, and refine standardized preventive and predictive maintenance procedures to maximize equipment durability and continuous production output.

Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis:

Offer high-level technical support for complex mechanical and electrical issues, performing post-downtime analyses to correct recurring defects and inefficiencies.

Safety & Compliance Culture:

Enforce safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, lead safety programs, and ensure all staff and new hires receive thorough technical and safety training.

Budget & Inventory Management:

Establish and manage the maintenance and spare parts stores budget, while overseeing inventory levels to guarantee critical replacement parts are readily available.

Facilities & Data Oversight:

Manage overall facility grounds and building upkeep, schedule required regulatory inspections, and maintain detailed data tracking on repair records and key performance metrics.

Education:

Associate's Degree or higher in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.

Advanced Process Expertise:

Experience directly developing and managing departmental maintenance operating and capital budgets.
