The Role:

Run an Established, Cash-Flowing Business (Without the Startup Risk) If you want to run your own business, act as the local owner, and manage a profitable operation without risking your own capital, this is it. We're looking for an ambitious operator to take the reins of our established Augusta Lawn Care location in Cedar City. We've spent 13.5 years building this business—meaning no startup grinding or guessing. It's built to maximize cash flow. Your job is to keep the engine finely tuned, protect profit margins, and lead the team. Best of all? After 2 years, you can launch your own franchise location with the $35,000+ fee completely waived (our current manager is doing this exact transition right now). What Your Year Looks Like Spring Sprint (April - June): High-volume, high-energy. You'll handle incoming client requests, scheduling, estimates, and onboarding. Expect long hours (including 12+ hour days when needed) to set up your profit share for the rest of the year. Summer & Fall (July - October): A predictable rhythm. Focus shifts to operational efficiency, keeping routes tight, and keeping clients thrilled. You'll jump into labor here and there to support the crew and protect margins, but your main job is running the business. Winter Slowdown (November - March): The pace eases up significantly. Focus shifts to seasonal maintenance like snow clearing, leaf cleanups, and keeping existing yards sharp.

The Basics:

Physically capable of hands-on tasks, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and able to pass a background check/drug screen.

Compensation & Schedule Base Salary:

$2,500 every 2 weeks ($65,000 yearly, year-round).

Profit Share:

20% of location profits paid out monthly. Efficient management directly translates to heavy monthly bonuses.

Total Compensation:

Expected 2027 total compensation is $85,000-$100,000+ based on performance.
