As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service operations in Logan, UT . If you're a team-oriented leader with technical expertise and a drive for operational excellence, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead and manage daily service department operations across both shop and field service. Schedule and dispatch technicians for repairs, routine maintenance, and diagnostics. Serve as the main point of contact for service-related customer inquiries and concerns. Train, mentor, and develop service staff to meet performance and departmental goals. Monitor productivity and efficiency , tracking technician performance, billable hours, and job profitability. Manage end-to-end service workflows , including work orders, job estimates, parts coordination, and invoicing. Ensure full compliance with safety standards, regional regulations, and company policies. Collaborate closely with sales, rental, and parts departments to deliver seamless customer support. Maintain accurate service records and generate regular operational performance reports.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

Prior leadership or management experience in a service-related environment. Strong mechanical aptitudes and knowledge of heavy equipment systems (diesel, hydraulics, electrical, etc.). Proficiency with business scheduling, work order management, and reporting software. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing heavy equipment or construction machinery service teams. Familiarity with major equipment lines (such as CASE, Kubota, Bobcat, or similar brands).
