A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

- Posting may close at any time) Job Summary The Space Planning Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the University's Archibus platform in support of institutional space planning, facilities management, occupancy management, and strategic decision-making.
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT

bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience). Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels:Space Utilization and Planning Analyst, III :
Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.Space Utilization and Planning Analyst, IV:
Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 8 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 6 years of directly related work experience. Preferences Preferred qualifications include experience administering Archibus or a comparable facilities management platform; expertise in space planning, utilization analysis, facilities data management, and institutional reporting; proficiency with SQL , Power BI, Tableau, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM , or GIS technologies; experience leading enterprise system enhancements and process improvement initiatives; and experience working within a large, complex higher education, healthcare, or research environment. A master's degree in a related field is preferred.
