Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage our facilities maintenance team. In this vital role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our operations. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Manage facilities maintenance teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training, and promoting a safety-first environment in accordance with OSHA standards. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track maintenance history, and optimize resource allocation. Diagnose complex issues using schematics, engineering troubleshooting techniques, multimeters (voltmeter, ohmmeter), and other diagnostic tools for electrical and mechanical systems. Oversee the repair and maintenance of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), high voltage systems, low voltage wiring, and electrical components to ensure operational reliability. Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices for industrial maintenance. Collaborate with project management teams on facilities upgrades or new installations involving mechanical systems repair or HVAC system enhancements. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising facilities or industrial maintenance teams with strong leadership skills in managing personnel effectively. Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting (high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical systems repair. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations, safety procedures, schematics reading, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and industrial maintenance standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation purposes. Hands-on experience with CMMS software for work order management and preventive maintenance planning. Strong understanding of electrical systems including the use of voltmeters and ohmmeters for diagnostics. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments.
