A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Infrastructure Design Coordinator Location:
Harrisburg, PA Position Overview We are seeking an Infrastructure Design Coordinator to support space planning, infrastructure design, and Space Optimization and Utilization Project (SOUP) initiatives. This role will coordinate with workplace solutions, real estate, telecom, network, video conferencing, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure infrastructure requirements are effectively incorporated into space designs. Key Responsibilities Develop and modify floorplans for A/V systems, video conferencing, IoT devices, network drops, and other technology infrastructure . Review floorplans and architectural drawings, applying knowledge of building infrastructure, construction processes, and infrastructure design . Identify design challenges and recommend practical solutions within SOUP space planning and utilization projects . Participate in meetings related to space design, planning, and infrastructure requirements. Serve as a liaison between Workplace Solutions management and project stakeholders. Use Bluebeam Revu and other design software to create, modify, and review design plans. Coordinate with the Department of General Services Bureau of Real Estate and/or Capital Programs on SOUP projects. Collaborate with vendors, lessors, contractors, and other external partners involved in space planning and construction activities. Partner closely with Enterprise Telecom, Network Operations, and Video Conferencing teams to incorporate technology infrastructure requirements into floorplans and designs. Track design issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure requirements are communicated effectively across project teams
