Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Audi F&I Manager to lead our Finance and Insurance operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, presenting product, and ensuring compliance with all automotive finance regulations. Your expertise will help maximize dealership profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the customer experience and drive sales success within a fast-paced automotive environment. Duties Manage the entire F&I process, including presenting financing options, and products to customers Develop strong customer relationships through transparent communication and personalized service Negotiate terms with customers while adhering to dealership policies and financial regulations Stay updated on automotive sales industry regulations, financial compliance standards, and evolving credit analysis techniques Requirements Proven experience as an F&I Manager within an automotive dealership Strong knowledge of automotive financing, F&I products, and dealership operations Proficiency with CDK, DealerTrack, and Darwin Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on client communication and satisfaction Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in contract preparation and documentation Audi or VW experience (preferred) Join us in delivering outstanding automotive financing solutions that elevate the customer experience!
