Mon- Fri 6:30am-3:30pm (some weekends as needed). Why Join Us? We are seeking a driven, safety-focused Landscape Crew Leader to lead on-the-ground operations. If you have a strong work ethic, hands-on experience, and natural leadership skills, this role offers steady work, team mentorship, and clear opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities Crew Leadership & Training Directly supervise, train, and mentor a crew of 5-10 landscape laborers. Manage site workflow and monitor team productivity and breaks. Field Operations & Quality Perform hands-on landscaping: mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and mulching. Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and heavy equipment (tractors/bush hogs). Identify plant/turf health issues (IPM) and assist with seasonal fertilizer application and winter snow removal. Safety & Equipment Oversight Ensure daily tool inventory and inspect equipment for safe operation before work begins. Enforce company safety standards and proper PPE usage across the crew. Drive company vehicles safely to transport crew and materials; report mechanical issues promptly. What We're Looking For 2+ years of professional landscape experience. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Proven ability to operate commercial landscape tools and heavy power machinery safely. Strong communication skills (English proficiency required) to direct teams and report site updates.
