MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS CENTER - 250 DAY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS

This position will remain open until filled. The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Friday, August 14, 2026. Applications received after that date may be reviewed and considered as they are received. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.

JOB SUMMARY

The position will oversee a centralized Maintenance Operations Center, ensuring the efficient delivery of maintenance support services across all schools and administrative sites. This role will collaborate with facilities leadership, technicians, contractors, and school-based staff to optimize workflows, improve service levels, and support safe, reliable learning environments. Using CMMS-driven reporting and analytics, the position will drive continuous improvement, resource planning, and informed decision-making across maintenance operations.

Salary Range:

$96,268-$156,052 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package
