NOW HIRING
RECONDITIONING MANAGER Kargar Motors is seeking an experienced Reconditioning (Recon) Manager to join our team full-time. We are looking for a highly organized, hands-on professional who can manage the complete reconditioning process and ensure vehicles are front-line ready quickly and to a high standard .
Requirements:
Previous automotive reconditioning or dealership management experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage technicians, vendors, parts, and workflow Focus on reducing recon time and controlling repair costs Ability to prioritize a high volume of vehicles Full-time availability Competitive compensation based on experience If you have proven recon experience and can manage a fast-paced operation, we want to hear from you.
